GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN • CALLY

OTCh Ch Caribelle's Calendar Girl CGN "Cally"

1997 - 2008

‘Thursday's Child has far to go’

Cally came to me from Salvador Soto, Puerto Rico & Richard Millair of Alfredrich Dalmatians, where I met his famous "Chum" and her sire "Buster".

She finished her Championship in 1999 with many Breed wins and several Group placings, in spite of my "newness" to showing! She was #2 Obedience Dal in Canada in 2001, 2002 & 2005. Cally was my first Obedience dog so when she finished her Utility Title with 3 1st Place scores and a Highest Score Veteran in Utility (in all 4 trials!) at CVKC I was thrilled! She easily passed the CGN test.

Cally was a sweet & gentle girl. She loved to play with 'her' cat "Willow". She was friendly to everyone — especially children and puppies. She was an excellent & sensitive mother. She always counted her babies and would look out the window and tremble when she knew people were coming to 'take' one. And so we have pups from both of her litters!

Cally was my constant companion. She was my "alarm clock" in the morning and "dinner bell" in the evening! She "talked" and made a little sweet smile. She loved to clean ears ... on people, pups, dogs & even "Willow."

I see her in her daughter Cheyenne and in her grandaughter Nicky. She was my "best" girl and I miss her terribly.
